On November 1, 2023, at 7:27 AM, officers were called to a domestic disturbance in the 1300 block of 16th Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of Justin L. Laws (36), Monroe, on a charge of disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Laws was released after posting cash bail pending a court appearance.
