New Green County Covid-19 Testing Site Sponsored by Monroe Truck Equipment

November 2, 2020 By Press Release

Monroe Truck Equipment is proud to announce we are sponsoring Green County’s newest Drive-Thru Covid-19 testing facility and are working with the Green County Health Department to ensure compliance.

With COVID-19 case numbers on the rise throughout Wisconsin, Green County has been in need of a more robust and easily accessible testing facility for some time. Since Monroe Truck Equipment employs roughly 215 Green County residents and has a large presence in the area, we saw an opportunity to help address the testing challenges in the community, and ensure everyone in Green County would have access to ample testing facilities.

The Drive-Thru Clinic starts on Monday, November 2nd. Hours of operation are:

  • Mondays from 9am – 1pm
  • Wednesdays from 2 pm – 6 pm
  • Thursdays from 9 am – 1 pm

Hours of operation are subject to change. The testing site will be open possibly through December. At that time, we will be able to better evaluate the need for such a robust testing site and make changes accordingly.

The address for the testing site is:

  • 628 W 10½th Street in Monroe, WI
  • One block south of the Taco Bell on 8th St.

Our team is proud to offer this testing site as a way to offer more testing options for residents of Green County.  Since the beginning of the pandemic, we’ve found ways to support our team and our community, including hosting a no-contact Trick or Treat, A Red Cross Blood Drive in collaboration with our local Culvers,  donation of PPE, sending greeting cards to residents in retirement homes, supporting farmers who lost business due to canceled county fairs, and the purchase of gift cards from small area businesses who need support in this time. We believe this testing site is a great way we can further support our community.
