Operate While Under The Influence 1st Offense – Alcohol:
At approximately 3:05 PM, Deputies responded to a traffic complaint in the area of State HWY 11 and County HWY KK, Town of Sylvester.
Investigation resulted in Richard A Personett, 73, Juda, being arrested for Operate While Under The Influence (alcohol related) 1st Offense. He was released to a responsible party pending court. Green County EMS assisted at the scene.
