Traffic Crime / Warrant Arrest:
At approximately 2:28 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a violation at the intersection of STH 11 and CTH KK in the Town of Sylvester. Investigation resulted in the driver, Chelsea R. Knell, 30, Monroe, WI, being cited for Operate after Revocation (Traffic Crime), Failure to Install an Interlock Ignition Device (Traffic Crime), and Failure to Obey a Traffic Sign. Knell was released pending a court appearance.
A passenger in the vehicle, Stephanie R. Scott, 31, Monroe, WI, was arrested on a warrant issued for her arrest through Green County. Scott was incarcerated in the Green County Jail and was later released.
