The following events occurred on February 21st, 2020:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Motor Vehicle Crash – Personal Injury:
At approximately 8:22 AM, Deputies, along with WI Department of Natural Resources, Responded to the W2600 blk County HWY C, Town of Mt. Pleasant, for a reported semi-tractor trailer rollover crash.
Investigation revealed that the vehicle, driven by James L Hurlbert, 59, Monroe, was eastbound on County HWY C, negotiating a curve, when he lost control of his vehicle, which rolled. Hurlbert reported wearing his seatbelt and minor injuries. The vehicle sustained severe damage with no airbag deployment and was towed from the scene. Hurlbert was cited for Too Fast For Conditions and released pending court.
Probation and Parole Arrest:
At approximately 10:51 AM, Deputies responded to 2841 6th St., Green County Probation and Parole Office, City of Monroe, and arrested Jacob D Morrison, 23, Janesville, for a WI Department of Corrections warrant. Morrison was held at the Green County Jail.
