At approximately 9:40 AM, Deputies stopped and cited Nicholas J Roth, 40, Albany,in the W1000 blk State HWY 92, Town of Brooklyn, for Operate Motor Vehicle Without A Valid Driver License, 2nd Offense within 3 years. Roth was released pending court.
